🚨Buffalo smuggling in Farrukhabad, UP
A truck (UP76 T8147) was found transporting numerous buffaloes in horrific conditions, crammed so tightly they could barely move. Several buffaloes lost consciousness, while blood mixed with water was seen leaking from the vehicle.

Animals are not cargo to be tortured for profit. I urge @Uppolice @dgpup and local authorities to take strict action!

Normally, I do not comment on Supreme Court judgements and only those who have a case can speak. But if a judgement is given against voiceless animals, then one has to raise their voice.
The court order is not practical, it is inhuman. Who will decide whether a stray dog is dangerous and it should be administered the death injection?
I feel, the court order will open up the gates of atrocities on voiceless stray dogs. Animal activist Menaka Gandhi's suggestion is right. If the State wants to lower the number of stray dogs, there should be a massive sterilization and vaccination drive for such homeless animals.

A dog entered a society in Pune late at night and never came out alive.

A innocent dog lost its life in Pune after being viciously beaten with a stick by a security guard at Goodwill Orchid Society, Vishrantwadi. Cruelty like this cannot go unpunished. #WATCH | Delhi: On Supreme Court refuses to modify directions to remove stray dogs from public places, Animal rights activist & BJP leader Maneka Gandhi says, "They have simply stated that they will no longer entertain any further hearings on the matter. They have said that if anyone has an issue with our verdict or if they feel their grievances are not being heard, they should approach the High Court. Now, whether people will actually go running to 36 different High Courts across the country, or whether they won't, remains to be seen. In their previous verdict, they had issued very strict directives: remove them from schools, remove them from colleges, remove them from hospitals, remove them from bus stops, and instead, construct shelters for them. None of these five directives has been implemented by anyone...our demand is simply this: establish ABC (Animal Birth Control) centres—and build them properly. The ABC centres that currently exist are of very substandard quality; furthermore, the contracts for these centres were awarded to the relatives of officials. Consequently, they do not treat the animals with proper care. After performing sterilisation surgeries on the animals, they take them from affluent colonies and dump them into impoverished neighbourhoods...A dog that has already undergone sterilisation surgery will never bite anyone. So, if the ABC centres were established and operated correctly, everything would run smoothly..."
