Use /requirements-reconcile before you read long AI PRDs

If you get a long AI-written PRD or business requirements document, do not start by reading every page.

In long AI documents, requirements often contradict each other. For example, one page says users can delete records. Another page says records are never deleted. Both pages read well on their own, but they cannot both be true.

To deal with this, run /requirements-reconcile before you review anything long.

It will:

- scan the document
- find contradictions and overlaps
- give you one clear list of requirements that are in, out, or changed

Send that list back instead of 90 pages of comments.
