@forallcurious 1mm is tiny. Is that correct? I need to review That paper. However , this is a significant advancement using iPSC and scaffolds most likely.
Hey, Austin 👋 We’re here at the United States Grand Prix, bringing a little quiet speed to race weekend. Meeting amazing people and sharing a glimpse of the future. Come say hi today or tomorrow! 🏁✈️
"The Evidence is Disappearing"
Kevin McKernan - "We have a person who had 4 Pfizer [mRNA] 'vaccines' [and a year later] came down with a colon cancer [and there] were 3 biopsies taken [then we looked to see] if there's any Pfizer sequence in there...and there is, and shockingly there's a lot of it"
REPORT: The FDA just made a SHOCKING admission—it never tested Pfizer and Moderna’s COVID-19 vaccines for DNA fragments, relying solely on the drugmakers’ word.
At an official CDC meeting, pediatric cardiologist Kirk Milhoan demanded answers on why the shots remain on the market when independent labs found DNA contamination hundreds of times above legal limits.
The FDA admitted it had done zero independent testing and offered no timeline for action.
Independent studies led by @Kevin_McKernan and David Speicher revealed excess plasmid DNA—including SV40 sequences linked to cancer research—far beyond FDA and WHO thresholds. Regulators claim there’s “no evidence of harm,” yet a new study found vaccine DNA integrated into the genome of a 31-year-old woman with aggressive bladder cancer.
Their admission exposes a chilling truth: regulators aren’t protecting you—they’re protecting Big Pharma. @zeeemedia's explosive report uncovers what they don’t want you to see.

Watch my interview w/ Richard E Frye, MD/PhD, the world's foremost expert on the mitochondrial origins of autism, and read about the powerful analogy between the cause of autism & cause of Type 1 diabetes. @ChrisPalmerMD@BenBikmanPhD@hubermanlab

Autism originates in mitochondrial impairment during critical phases of neurodevelopment
Vaccines, fever, illness, or other immunological events initiate onset of autism in a brain that was previously steered on an atypical developmental trajectory by mitochondrial dysfunction during development of the brain while in utero and the first several years of life.
That's partly why 80% of children aged 2-5 diagnosed with ASD exhibit blood markers of mitochondrial impairment. They lack the metabolic resources to power typical brain development. Moreover, therapies targeting the mitochondria, such a L-carnitine, leucovorin, CoQ10, and GI microbiome interventions, ameliorate clinical presentation of ASD symptoms. Sometimes, mitochondrial improvement in autistic children is so great that they eventually no longer meet the diagnostic criteria of ASD.
In this sense, you could say that autism is reversible.
Every plausible theory of autism acts thru the mitochondria, and thus can be integrated by the mitochondrial theory, once you're willing to accept that vaccines are only the immunological trigger (and not the only one). For example:
- non-native electromagnetic frequencies disrupt mitochondrial function,
- heavy metals, mold, microplastics and other environmental toxins disrupt mitochondrial function,
- acetaminophen follows fever and adds mitochondrial insult to immunological injury.
All markers of mitochondrial disorders during pregnancy, including pre-eclampsia, gestational diabetes, obesity, Type 2 diabetes, and placental insufficiency, increase risk of an ASD diagnosis in the child before age 10. Moreover, testing cord blood for markers of mitochondrial impairment will identify those children at risk of ASD and suggest mitochondiral therapies that may prevent onset.
I'm not interested in "Autism Acceptance Month," because I'm not willing to accept that autism is an immutable, irreversible condition. I believe it can be prevented in the undiagnosed and reversed in those already suffering.
In my latest article for @MorozkoForge, I explain why.
Struggling to get rid of Achilles Tendinitis?
Religiously stretching & foam rolling your calves without lasting relief?
The missing piece to the puzzle is LOAD
Here are 10 exercises (w/ videos) which have helped dozens of my clients break free from this frustrating injury 🧵
The latest Clinical Practical Guidelines for Achilles Tendinopathy recommend exercise as a first line treatment supported by education and an individualised approach.
See our graphic for a summary of the recommendations from Chimenti et al. (2024):

Most people are terrible at sleeping.
So I went down the Andrew Huberman rabbit hole—hours of podcasts, notes, experiments.
What I uncovered?
7 weirdly specific “sleep commandments” Huberman swears by.
Miss one, and your sleep pays the price:🧵
1. Resveratrol: Activates longevity genes
2. NMN: Boosts cellular energy
3. NAC: Master antioxidant
The rest you can likely get from a nutrient-dense diet.
2/ Bryan's diet is rigorous:
• Vegan
• 2250 calories
• 10% calorie deficit
Bryan fasts for 18 hours a day. He naturally wakes up around 5am and eats breakfast. His "dinner" is usually around 11am.
Here are 4 changes you can make to improve your diet:
