@JoiSays@callmemagen@united That’s actually not true. All of the research states that it’s almost impossible to catch Covid from someone on a flight. Which is why I am Covid free after sitting one row away from this man’s family. Pls don’t make assumptions about why I choose to fly. You don’t know my life.
@HumanFlypaper As long as the story is true, sure. It’s debatable based on her other false points. But, I don’t like to make assumptions (if I don’t hear it myself) because we both know what that does. 😇 I recommend you consider the same.
@HumanFlypaper That’s a fair point. I just don’t like to assume that Megan’s story (considering there were a few other strong inconsistencies) is absolutely accurate. So, IF it is true, then yes...the family could have done better.
@callmemagen@united I’m sure everyone, including you, did the best they could. The pilot even walked the aisles after to ensure everyone was ok. We were impressed. Things are gonna slip by when people are human. That’s to be expected.
@callmemagen@united It’s unfortunate that the man may have had COVID, but just like you were unaware until that moment, so likely were they. It’s surprising you chose to fly seeing a man with those symptoms initially board the plane. This was a horrible experience for everyone.
I have no idea what was going on, but it felt like a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. So I snapped photos. #notanlgbtqthing
