@strangersceness Great scene. On our first watch, we accidentally went from ep6 to ep8 (this one), then had to go back to watch ep7 (the lost sister). Weirdly, I think that order was way more impactful & satisfying than the intended order!
@owenbroadcast Weird. I'm clearly yellow, but I'm from central NJ. My wife's family is from that yellow part of PA, and they sound very different to me...
We may actually have a Pope who would understand all of the Father Guido Sarducci jokes that I've been coming up with! (Has anyone interviewed Don Novello??)
@david_kipping@peterathertonc1 There's a bit of ambiguity with the word "administrator," I think. When people talk about admin bloat, it's more the deans, VPs, vice-chancellors, and such... not the hard-working staff who run departments...
@HelsinHashtags It feels similar to past federal shutdowns. If your university already has the $$, it can keep spending it. But if you're waiting on a federal agency to send new $$... that's what may be delayed for a bit...
Thank you Dawn for the picture and the write up! The full size Parker Solar Probe blew me away. How big (compared to me) and how small when you think how close it is to the Sun! Scale model at AGU.ย
