Chaser (Fed Reserve paper reviewing gold revaluations in history): https://t.co/tobAT3whaa

"When all official reserves are valued at market prices the unrealized valuation changes recorded in the revaluation account can be shifted to other parts of the balance sheet to generate funds, as discussed in more detail below. Drawing on valuation changes in gold as a funding source is particularly salient because most gold reserves globally were acquired prior to 1990"

Thanks to @MarcelKasumovic for all of his incredible research.

@ClosingCrawl the cost of the Ghorst ‘splosion could be Bix & Andor waiting too long for her trauma fake-catharsis, and his techniques getting popularized.

[Ben Gimpert @someben26]

@ClosingCrawl oh Jon. Andor’s great /because/ the badasses are flawed and figuring it out. They’re not baddasses yet!

The official Fault Lines trailer is live! 🚨🚨

Four years ago, we set out to tell the story of America’s housing crisis through the prism of what was happening in our own backyard of San Francisco.

Today we’re excited to bring this film out into the world with our first trailer and a series of advanced screenings around the country.

such a 2024-hellscape pattern: Too -big-to- fail garbage fire loses PII because they are shit at security (Bank of Amerillwide this time). Their compensation to victims? An identity theft “protection” racket, to do their job for them. #bankofamerica
