UNGA81 WALKOUT: DIPLOMATIC COWARDICE AND IRAN’S ESCALATION AGAINST ISRAEL MUST NOT ESCAPE ACCOUNTABILITY
The mass walkout by dozens of delegates during Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s address to the 81st United Nations General Assembly deserves condemnation in its strongest terms. The United Nations is supposed to be a forum where governments listen and discuss with one another not a chamber where representatives flee the moment a world leader takes the podium. Delegates walking out rather than listening to the speech of Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu amounts to political cowardice and unprecedented bias. The UN must not become a place where governments choose to openly show their political hatred for the only democratic nation in the Middle East.
Iran deserves particularly forceful condemnation. The Iranian regime has continued supporting armed groups that have attacked Israel and other states. This is not simply ordinary diplomatic disagreement; it is a pattern of using armed proxies and military force to project Iranian power beyond its borders. Iran should not be permitted to present itself as merely an observer of regional violence while armed groups aligned with it participate in hostilities. The international community should call this strategy what it is: a dangerous campaign of proxy warfare and regional destabilization that places Israel and international security at risk. Recent regional reporting has specifically identified Iran-backed Houthi attacks and continuing conflict involving Iran-aligned forces.
There should be no diplomatic euphemisms and no selective outrage when Israel is deliberately targeted. Iran's support for armed groups cannot be excused nor should the Iranian regime be allowed to hide behind proxies while attempting to escape accountability for the consequences of the violence it openly perpetrates. Missiles, armed proxies, terrorism and intimidation by Iran and her proxies should be condemned in its strongest terms.
The international community must reject the dangerous normalization of Iran's proxy warfare and the political culture that excuses violence against Israel while condemning Israel for defending itself. Iran must be confronted—not appeased—with the clear message that supporting attacks against Israel, empowering armed proxies and destabilizing neighboring states cannot be treated with kids gloves anymore. The UN should be a place where Iran and every other government is required to answer difficult questions, not a stage from which they can walk away when challenged. No government, militia and no ideological cause should be granted immunity from accountability. The international community must hold Iran accountable for being the world's highest sponsor of terrorism and the nation of Israel deserves protection of her territory in all facets.

Stand Firm, Israel: Repelling Iranian Terror, Denouncing International Betrayal, and Securing the Biblical Homeland.
The ruthless waves of aggression unleashed by Iran and its terrorist proxies, ranging from barrage after barrage of indiscriminate missile strikes to relentless asymmetrical warfare represent an existential threat to the State of Israel. These hostility-driven assaults strike at the heart of the world’s ancient Jewish homeland, seeking to undermine her sovereignty and uproot her deep-seated ancestral footprint. Biblical history and archaeology consistently confirm that Judea, Samaria, Hebron, and Bethlehem are foundational to Israel's historical and spiritual heritage, making any effort to sever these lands from the Jewish nation is an aggressive violation of historic truth. King David reigned in Hebron for 7years while our Lord Jesus Christ was born in Bethlehem in Judea. Today, these areas are referred to as West Bank, very unfortunate. The relentless attempt by Tehran and its state-sponsored terror networks to lay waste to Israeli cities and strip the Jewish people of their indigenous territories demands unyielding, global condemnation.
In the face of this persistent hostility, the international community's primary institutions have repeatedly failed in their basic duties. The United Nations has demonstrated a glaring double standard, routinely ignoring the terror campaign directed against Israel while failing to defend the only vibrant democracy in the Middle East. Rather than standing up as a shield for a law-abiding nation under constant bombardment, the UN has too often allowed its platform to be used to isolate and delegitimize Israel. Similarly, the European Union has shown persistent bias, issuing disproportionate criticism against Israeli self-defense efforts while failing to hold the Iranian regime and its regional proxies fully accountable. This selective indignation undermines democratic values and signals a troubling willingness to abandon an ally on the front lines of global security. The word must understand that left wing government is enemical to human freedom and must not be allowed to take over states and nations if peace across the globe must be sustained. Left wing governments and media houses are potential threats to global freedom especially for the Christian community. Americans are advised to vote wisely during the forthcoming November midterm elections as Democrats have consistently shown they align with terrible policies such as support for LGBTQ, open borders, illegal migration, high taxes etc. which are not in tandem with America's foundation.
It is worthy to note that despite these immense international pressures and multi-front military challenges against Israel, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu must be commended for his steadfast leadership and resolute defense of the realm. Standing firm against external demands to compromise national security, PM Netanyahu continues to demonstrate the courage required to navigate a nation through existential war. He must remain strong and unshakable in his resolve, refusing to bend to political posturing or moral equivalence from international bodies. His determination to protect the Israeli people, neutralize hostile forces, and safeguard every inch of the land is essential to ensuring the long-term survival, integrity, and deterrence of the Jewish state.
For peace and stability to endure, strong American leadership remains indispensable. President Donald Trump deserves high praise for his unwavering commitment to Israel and his recognition that the United States is Israel’s ultimate ally. By projecting uncompromising strength against the Iranian regime and providing crucial strategic, diplomatic, and military backing, President Trump continues to demonstrate what true alliance looks like. He is strongly encouraged to maintain this decisive support, reinforcing the unshakeable bond between Washington and Jerusalem, standing firmly against shared adversaries, and guaranteeing that the State of Israel remains secure, sovereign, and victorious against all who seek her destruction.

*Ireland’s Unsporting Gesture and Refusal to Shake Hands with Israel: Why UEFA and FIFA Must Act*
The refusal by Republic of Ireland players to shake hands with their Israeli opponents before the UEFA Nations League match on 27 September 2026 was an unsporting gesture that should not be dismissed as merely a political statement. The pre-match handshake is one of football’s most basic conventions of mutual respect: opponents compete fiercely for 90 minutes, but acknowledge one another as fellow athletes before the contest begins. Deliberately refusing that gesture, particularly as a collective act by a national team, undermines the spirit of sportsmanship and turns a sporting occasion into a platform for political expression. Players may hold whatever political views they wish, but those views should not be allowed to erode the basic traditions and values of international football.
The contrast with the sending-off of Israel's Sayed Abu Farchi against Austria only days earlier is particularly striking. Abu Farchi was shown a second yellow card after the referee deemed his goal celebration to be unsporting. Yet football is hardly unfamiliar with imagery involving guns or shooting: former Ireland international Robbie Keane was renowned for his famous goal celebration, Arsenal have a cannon prominently featured in their club identity, and shooting is itself an established sport. These examples demonstrate that gun-related imagery in sport is neither inherently political nor automatically unsporting. Taken collectively, these examples highlight the likelihood that the referee and officials in the Austria-Israel match may have acted out of a preconceived political bias against the Israeli player. That possibility deserves serious scrutiny, particularly when contrasted with the willingness to punish the Israeli player for conduct that has obvious parallels elsewhere in the sporting world.
This is precisely why UEFA and FIFA must act consistently. Their rules and regulations are intended to protect football from becoming a vehicle for political confrontation and to uphold fair play and sporting conduct. The refusal of the Irish players to shake hands with their Israeli opponents was a clear and deliberate departure from basic sporting etiquette and should be treated accordingly. UEFA and FIFA should investigate the incident and punish the responsible parties under the applicable disciplinary rules. There should be no double standard in which an Israeli player is punished for conduct deemed unsporting while an entire team can make a deliberate political statement through its conduct before a match without consequence. If football is serious about keeping politics out of the sport, the rules must be applied consistently, regardless of which side of a political dispute is involved.
The potential consequences extend far beyond this single match. If such conduct is allowed to go unchecked, it risks opening a floodgate in which national teams and players increasingly use football fixtures for political demonstrations, gestures, boycotts and statements. Football must remain a sporting contest governed by common rules rather than becoming another arena for political confrontation. The history surrounding Israel also makes the principle of dignity and respect especially important. Approximately six million Jews were murdered during the Holocaust by Nazi Germany and its collaborators, including children, women and elderly people, with millions murdered in extermination camps and many victims killed through poisonous gas. Children were among those deliberately targeted and murdered simply because they were Jewish. That terrible history should reinforce the importance of rejecting antisemitism, discrimination and dehumanization. UEFA and FIFA should therefore enforce their rules consistently, punish clear violations of sportsmanship, and ensure that political considerations do not determine which conduct is tolerated and which is sanctioned.

“There is no Christian Persecution in Nigeria”
Agbani Darego, my sister won The Miss World Beauty Pageant in 2001. As is the culture of the pageant, the next edition is held at the country of the current queen.
In 2002, Abuja was announced as the venue of the pageant.
To cut the long story short, there were riots in Kaduna protesting the pageant and over 200 Christians were killed.
You would even think Miss World was a Christian event. It wasn’t. In fact, conservative Christians frown at it even until this day.
Yet, it was Christians that were targeted and killed.
The 2002 pageant was eventually held in London.
Pageant was to be held in Abuja but innocent people in Kaduna were killed including the parents of Super Eagles legend Victor Moses.
