Your strategy... When there is no answer, transfer the customer form one agent to another in an endless cycle till the user gives up frustrated... Good strategy. Someone seems to have used some brains.

@amazonIN i ordered some stuff on Amazon Fresh. The slot time has passed and I am waiting. Tried to chat with customer service. Still there... Just got transferred to the 6th agent, who has no answer.

@amazonIN Did you even understand the query? I am not concerned about delivery charges. You should write only one thing, which is correct. "Free delivery" and "charged delivery" are opposites and cant be in one frame. Be transparent and show only the option that applies.
