Visuals of massive protests emerging from France.
UN Human Rights Spokesperson Thameen Al-Kheetan @UNHumanRights & UN Special Rapporteur on Freedom of Association @Ginitastar yet to react. Both were quick to react during India protests.
Abhijeet Dipke and Arvind Kejriwal are trying to convince the aam janta that the Government is against the Tiranga.
The guys who did the surgical strikes.
The guys who have put the Indus treaty in abeyance.
The guys who keep buying Russian oil despite international pressure.
Arey bhai - bad roads, broken civic infra, E20, local corruption, lack of jobs, there are so many issues out there.
Unka toh main plank hi nationalism hai.
And you will convince people they are anti-Tiranga?
Ok.
Good luck to you.
Statement from Reliance Industries
In light of recent remarks about Reliance and the Indian market, we wish to place the facts on record.
Like every Indian enterprise, Reliance has grown in an India that welcomes investment and innovation, homegrown or international, that improve the lives of the people.
That openness rests on the rule of law. As the Government of India has stated, it applies the same process to every applicant, Indian or foreign. Jio's own satellite services await clearances.
At Reliance, we have never feared competition. We see it as the truest test of who serves the customer best. Jio itself entered India's crowded telecom market in 2016 as the newest player, with not a single customer. In just ten years, Jio has earned the trust of over 530 million customers and given Indians some of the best digital infrastructure and most affordable data in the world.
We welcome competition in satellite communications, including Starlink. Every player, Jio included, must serve the people of India and abide by the laws and policies of the land.
Still calling the report misleading and called it so in our rebuttal also. The rebuttal is available on our X handle. Some of the figures arrived at in the report are not correct. eg one figure is off by 24%. The deadly mix of preconceived notions, biased approach, faulty assumptions and botched homework always leads to erroneous conclusion. The SIR -2026 conducted in UP is an exercise that we are proud of. It was conducted in a fair and transparent way.
I graduated in Computer Science from IIT Kharagpur, with Economics as a Minor (first one to do that). I walked away from a McKinsey offer to build India’s first solar energy firm, finding my first professional high in lighting up villages in Rajasthan. I subsequently earned dual degrees - a Master in Public Admin (MPA) from Harvard Kennedy School and an MBA from MIT, in an exceptional competitive three-year arrangement that allowed me to pursue both passions.
Since 2015, my journey has been deeply political and deeply entrepreneurial. I served as the youngest adviser to the Chief Ministers of Jharkhand and Manipur, and contributed to various policy initiatives. Today, I have returned to my roots in science and engineering, building QuBeats, a deeptech defense venture.
I have never needed a resume to substitute for work, nor public validation to establish my worth. Criticise my politics, question my ideas, challenge my work. But partisan hostility cannot rewrite facts or erase a journey built on hardwork, risks and execution. I would rather build than broadcast. And I intend to keep building.
When I posted that Rahul Gandhi was pulling D. K. Shivakumar by his kurta, many Congressi called me fake.
Now, here’s a video from another angle. Watch and decide for yourself.
A reminder that Abhishek Manu Singhvi himself said recently that he prefers that the INC not take the legal route and rather focus on “taking it to the streets”.
Why does he in his wisdom think so, and why do such silly defects exist in such a crucial filing is open to debate.
