I joined Y Combinator with 14 users, building a dev tool for myself.
Then @SaaiArora joined as CTO, and we started growing and shipping 2x faster. It forced us to rebuild product and infra from the ground up for teams, not solo devs.
We are ending the batch with >300k agent minutes per week, and teams like @mintlify, @knowunity, and @modaflows shipping through Replicas every day.
Today we're launching Replicas V2.
you help nvidia fund the GPU creation
additionally, the US government is saying that they will forcefully take the stock from shareholders, employees (anyone in the company with equity) who have either been working to earn that equity or paid for that equity (which is against the constitution)
can we get 50% of all the other tech companies too pls
for the assembly line workers that got replaced with robotic arms, for the farm assistants that got replaced with tractors, the inscribers that got replaced with the typewriter, i could go on and on tbh
50% of all tech companies for the people! ๐ฏ
I will soon be introducing a bill to give the public a 50% ownership stake in the largest AI companies in America.
This would guarantee that the trillions created by AI are used to improve the lives of all of us โ and block oligarch decisions that harm the American people.
Yes, the bill proposes a one-time 50% equity tax paid in shares from major AI companies to the government. This directly transfers ownership stakes (plus board influence) from current shareholdersโfounders, VCs, and employees with equity/optionsโwithout the state paying cash.
Traditional SWFs use existing surplus capital (oil revenues, reserves) to buy assets on open markets. This one creates the stake via mandated transfer, not purchase.
Raising cash to buy equity instead would require new taxes, debt, or spending. The equity route avoids immediate treasury cost but halves upside for builders. That dilution can weaken incentives to found, fund, or join high-risk AI ventures hereโtalent and new companies often migrate toward stronger property rights.
correction on the retirement accounts thing:
pension managers can CHOOSE to fund AI companies for return (if you researched a bit more on it)
additionally, your proposed oversight board will be always biased against AI, never for it in any scenario (e.g an uber driver will always be against self-driving cars, no matter how many lives it will save, an oncologist will be against AI powered research for cancer treatment)
additionally, this just seems very hypocritical: the same (at the time, private) company that the USA declared as a national supply chain risk, is now at the center of their military, and now they are trying to pass bills that take money from said national supply chain risk and distribute it to the people...
and this is also a very very idealistic scenario
im not kidding but expedition 0 and/or 60 dlc would be insane
i would drop everything to play it
(pls @SandfallGames give us dlc we love expedition 33)
used insforge during the nozomio hackathon a few weeks ago, it was insane how easy it was to do stuff
if we could get gpus on insforge compute that would be insane (even small ones with very limited vram for small ML applications) @hanghuang_@tonychang430
This is a huge milestone for agentic engineering.
Agents could write your backend server code, but not actually run it.
Now, they can deploy and manage docker containers using @insforge.
(btw itโs super easy to deploy your own AI agents too like Hermes or OpenClaw!)
@ArthurMacwaters@rauchg
shooting my shot here, any chance I can get in the hackathon?
I've won a previous hackathon (YC x Google Deepmind), participated in a few others. Would love to join this one :)
Additionally, I've presented research on Healthcare & AI at conferences, and I'm a published author in IEEE Xplore (can share links in dms)
๐จ Excited to announce we're hosting the first Autonomous Healthcare Hackathon!
Sponsored by the amazing folks at
@xai@vercel@cursor_ai@inngest
The future of healthcare will revolve around patient agency; come build it with us!
