@dutweets I am still following up for the dispute - after bill generated I raised complaint on 2nd August 1-520104228168 - He promised me that dispute will be from 21st June after investigation. After that I didn’t receive call and only message. I need solution.

@dutweets I applied for Landline cancel request in du app on 21st June. I followed up in customer care and request rejected due to not reachable.Honestly I didnt received any call, I sent email no response, I want to cancel bcoz i purchased other plan with du. I want solution

@dutweets On June 21st I raised for cancellation request I didn’t receive call but got rejected
Again I raised on July 8 till now I didn’t receive call .
I paid for the service which I am not using and still my cancellation is not processed. worst customer service

@dutweets @eAndUAE @dutweets can anyone able to take my complaint or not ? This is not the way to treat or manipulate the information to one of your premium customer. This is totally disgusting and unfair to the customer. There is no ethics and not customer centric point of action

@dutweets @dutweets All are telling same story - they called to different number and saying my number is not reachable - I want to raise official complaint - customer care not taking my complaint and i sent email as well - same issue hapnd with @eAndUAE bt they gave me immediate solution

@RAKBANKlive @RAKBANKlive I have DM my number and again I visited Branch on 6th, I requested call back from brach in phone banking, till now no action no call -its really spoiling the dignity and I am losing my peace of mind and daily activities bcoz of someones irresponsibility within bank.

@IndiGo6E Customer Agent made me to wait for 1 hour and call got disconnected without any update.
She unable to respond and check the refund status - Its wondering how its not possible to track in this current advanced technology options?

@IndiGo6E I booked ticket on 30 Mar from Chennai to Dubai, my payment got deducted but ticket not booked. CC confirmed that amount will be refund in 5-7 days, but still nothing.

I called customer care today and waited for 1 hour,no response, unfair

No one took up this case and solve for me - till now there is no transparent update on this case.

@AmazonHelp Almost more than 50 agents i got connected and more than 20 mails no response yet . Everyone is just asking sorry but end of the day no result. So i posted in social media and raised complaint in consumer rights. Even now i don’t believe you but i will fight against fraudulent

@AmazonHelp Order ID: 403-2861189-1541908 Amazon UAE. I have raised consumer rights complaint with DED in DUBAU MMJ as well. The way I have been treated from customer agents and frustration i went throughout this -1 month is unbearable. I NEED PROPER INVESTIGATION IN WAREHOUSE
