I strongly believe a #UNSC mandated Independent International Fact-Finding Mission would have the immediate effect of QUELLING THE #VIOLENCE & SAVING LIVES. Independent Intl Fact-Finding Missions for #Myanmar & #SriLanka dissipated much of the violence on the ground.
