@nicholosberry For sure. They'd be better off using agents to utilize their CRM than vibe coding a CRM from scratch. Your agent can do some amazing things with existing APIs, CLIs, and MCPs from established CRMs.

@BrianDEvans I've been seeing this play out in real life for sure. And the key is high-agency, NOT people with prior skills. Although, prior skills like coding can give a bit of a boost for now.

@IanLandsman You couldn't be more right about that! I remember a study from about 15 years ago that 80 some percent of computer uses never even installed an app. If anything, people will get sucked into something like Muse or ChatGPT and that will become their idea of a "computer".
