What on earth is wrong with @StandardBankZA? We reported a very large fraud in December. Promised action within 6 working days. Heard nothing. Repeated calls to fraudline go unanswered. Refer Hellopeter to see how they have disappointed more than 30000 other South Africans.
@StandardBankZA Case no 2021-314638661. Correspondence with Welile Jele at Std Bank 5 Jan refers. unsatisfactory response regarding why funds were released when fraud investigation pending by you. Subpoena from SAPS being requested today. No further correspondence with you via Twitter.
@tomgree75651857 @StandardBankZA Thanks Tom. We will await the formal response of @standardBankZA and then it will probably be Ombudsmen and Consumer Protection etc etc. All avoidable had they acted timeously and diligently.
@StandardBankZA I will send the case number tomorrow. We reported a inadvertent R50000 payment to a fraudulent STD Bank account and were advised it had funds, and that it would be frozen pending investigation. The account has since been emptied. Our original error, your negligence.
Just had the worst support call experience with #mweb People nice but the process of authentication and diagnostics is appalling. Asking for your id after you just typed it in is only the start! Lesson: only *accountholder* actually standing at the router should report faults
What is it with #Telkomsucks. Applied two months ago for a fixed line transfer. Still waiting. In the meantime no less than 8 sales calls to try to sell me broadband services. Cancelling service & porting to Voip service with another provider. Existing customers first guys!
