@OtagoGrad@anthonyfurey@OskieOckham Two things. There is no record of Chris Folland ever saying that and Judith Curry has embarrassed herself and her university so many times now that only an ignorant imbecile or a paid shill for Koch Industries would use her as a citation
@nrcaldwell@jordanbpeterson Ford asked her to keep her confidence. She did not ask the Judiciary Committee to do that, did she? Feinstein did exactly that. The leak came from "multiple sources" none of whom has been made public and you want to conclude she was played by Feinstein & Co.? Glad you're no judge
@nrcaldwell@jordanbpeterson That wasn't what you claimed though. You claimed that this was a planned operation.from the start. My point is this; the Republicans don't play fair, the Democrats are too fair minded. Feinstein was protecting Ford as Ford requested.
@nrcaldwell@jordanbpeterson In the end the decision to go public was forced on her by the leak. At that stage Feinstein still didn't know whether the accusation was credible. Then Kavanaugh took the stand and it's obvious he's lying. OBVIOUS
@nrcaldwell@jordanbpeterson Under oath you're not supposed to "defend your honour" you're supposed "to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth." Judge Kavanaugh was as slippery as a marsh mongoose. An innocent man of integrity with nothing to hide has no purpose for that nonsense.
@nrcaldwell@jordanbpeterson 3. Everyone but the most partisan of hacks could see Kavanaugh committed perjury in his testimony. An honorable man would have dropped out but as we live in an era where a pathological liar and grandiose narcissist is the US president, that didn't happen
@nrcaldwell@jordanbpeterson 1. Republicans used their Senate majority to deny Obama's pick in an unprecedented delaying process lasting eight months. This was deliberate and intended from the moment Anton Scalia's body went cold.
@DangerProbe@jordanbpeterson No one called him a rapist. He lied, deceived, sidestepped and mischaracterized his way through his entire testimony. It's not the 1st time either. Not surprising that Trump chose him, being the pathological liar he is he would have seen Kavanaugh as a valuable ally on the court
@F100mikeMike@jordanbpeterson You're right. Lying under oath gets results. Genuflecting towards your political masters gets results. Popularizing conspiracy theories that project your pathologies onto your enemies gets results.
The truth be damned, amirite Republicans?

@LilianWainer@jordanbpeterson Kavanaugh lied, deceived, misdirected, and mischaracterized throughout his testimony, falling back on a conspiratorial claim when unable to answer without incriminating himself. Dr Ford's testimony was within scientific understanding of memory function under trauma.
@Jokar_Pls @jordanbpeterson No, he really isn't. A trained psychologist would be able to work out and demonstrate that Kavanaugh was lying in his testimony. Peterson has had three sexual impropriety accusations leveled at him. He's chosen a side and it's not the right side.
@JasonVoelker1@jordanbpeterson It's got nothing to do with his decision making in the DC Circuit Court and everything to do with his testimony in response to Dr Ford. It was obvious to all but the most partisan among us that he lied, deceived, misdirected, and evaded questions throughout. Guilty men do that
@do_saurus@StephenArksey@jordanbpeterson He is wrong and I suspect strongly that he knows this. Innocent men don't respond to questioning the way Kavanaugh did and a trained psychologist would be able to see that quite clearly. Maybe not a trained psychologist with three sexual impropriety accusations in his past but...
@miri_lampert@jordanbpeterson The left (whatever that is) did not misrepresent him. That is projection. The Republican Party and Brett Kavanaugh misrepresented him. This is demonstrably so. Now you have a pathological liar in the White House and one on the Supreme Court.
May I ask, why you want this?
