@TfL @tfl a journey that takes 20mins taken almost an hour. Poor communication from you and your team. The app should be updated so I can make an alternative route. Also paying twice is ridiculous but the driver refused to let me on!!!

@TfL why is your 337 bus route so inconsistent?? I've been waiting 30mins for a bus to East Putney! Everyday this drama & makes it so difficult to plan a journey to work

@TfL Spoke to the bus driver. He said you split the service. I have to get on, go half way before the service terminates, and then jump on another 337 starting mid way the route and essentially pay twice.
