The first three are perennial losers. Startups have returned 15% over the past 50 years.

@Keith_Wasserman I have to agree with this. We love to revere the "this person made 15x in a year or 10x in two years" but that's like saying every college dropout will become the next Mark Z or Bill G. We tend to not like the slow and steady path to exponential wealth RE can create

@BrianFeroldi If you can save 5k or above a month there's no reason you should use the SP500 index instead of having a portion of that in real estate to create leverage and tax-friendly growth.
