Flight has been rescheduled 3 TIMES, and now the chosen flight has been delayed from 12:45 am to 2:00am. Who would want to risk safety?

.@ViCustomerCare request placed on 4/3/21 of intl roaming from 7/3/21 for 10days. Confirmation message received stating the request will be actioned on 00:00 hrs, 7/3/2021. The request was not activated and I was charged for my usage on 7/3/21.

Registered my first complaint on 8/3/21 and was assured resolution by 9/3/21. Failing which, additional calls were made to helpline, to no avail. Following which the customer care was notified of the issue via e-mail on 7/4/21. Received automated response. No resolution yet!
