Reading Protocols by @hubermanlab, which is great. A proposed protocol to study for book 2: An observed but understudied longevity practice is dedicating a substantial amount of time over many years to art (creating, collecting, curating, etc). I meet an outlier number of the most sharp, energetic octogenarians+ in the art world (& rarely outside of it). Something about time dedicated to thinking about art seems to increase lucid health span significantly.
Ben Horowitz on treating your story as your strategy, and why founders often skip writing it even though it's one of the most important parts of the job:
"The story of the company is also the strategy of the company... In your mind, you're kind of adjusting that strategy a little bit at a time every day. But then a quarter later, it's actually pretty different than what you started with."
"So it's really important that you keep upgrading your story. The articulation of your story. I would definitely recommend it be in written form."
"Something that you can share with everybody in the company, and everybody you're recruiting, everybody you're trying to raise money from, all your constituents, every customer."
"The problem that I think founders have is it doesn't feel like work. Like, 'What are you doing today?' 'I'm working on my story.' That doesn't sound like work."
"Because it doesn't feel like work, people don't do it, but it's probably one of the most important parts of the job."

🚨 BREAKING : Polymarket CEO Shayne Coplan caught using COMPANY MONEY for Private Jets flights.
Peter Thiel caught him red-handed using his investment money as a personal wallet.
Founders Fund, Peter Thiel's fund, discovered that Shayne had charged the following as company expenses :
- private jet flights
- apartment rent
- designer clothes
They immediately demanded a FULL REFUND
Shayne was forced to reimburse the money.
ICE and Founders Fund then teamed up to push for stronger financial controls
They were the one that forced Shayne to appoint a COO.
You remember Shayne's ChatGPT written tweet gleefully announcing the hiring of Collin McKinney Hill as COO ?
I called it extremely suspicious at the time. Turns out i was right, investors basically forced Shayne to hire him as a soft coup.
I don't know how long Shayne can stay in place when their main investors have lost confidence.
Was super fun to join @MilkRoadStocks and chat @SpaceX ahead of today's earnings call. Lots of predictions & some uncommon observations in here. $SPCX is the best positioned among a new set of dominant technology firms - Spacefaring Hyperscalers. The $TSLA acquisition opens up a convergence of technologies that the market will struggle to price. All of it makes for incredible opportunity.
Some great insights from @Dialectic_Group's @kukulabanze in @Forbes today on Ethereum's long-term potential and his thesis that ETH remains the best-positioned crypto asset for durable appreciation.

Cars are now doing things they aren't "supposed" to do.
Stocks are also now doing things they aren't "supposed" to do.
Make your stocks fly. Deposit them into a @Dialectic_Group Yielding Machine on Makina and let them earn yield.
Thank you to everyone who came to the Formæ launch event in London yesterday. Helping our clients find synergy and value in what they are already building brings us so much joy.
Here is a little snippet, professional photos coming soon. @aljaparis
Stocks that just sit in your wallet are leaving yield on the table.
Put any Magnificent Seven tokenized stocks to work in vaults instead.

SBF was objectively a good investor. he turned ~$5b deployed into ~$100b+. sure he was not subject to ordinary constraints but those basic facts are uncontestable
