@monzo have broke their UX and app and have decided to give up on delivering good customer service.....so @StarlingBank & @ChaseSupportUK I'm in the market for a joint account, what have you got?

@monzo @Ebsfae I said the exact same yesterday, there's alot of customers tweeting the same issue, and the edit layout button doesn't help to resolve the issue, sadly so far Monzo don't want to fix their poor design ideas

@monzo I've already popped some feedback in through the app, by the looks of it alot of the recent tweets to you are customers noting the exact same issue with the app update, hopefully you guys undo this awful update and we can all pretend it never happened

@monzo How do I change the app layout back to the old style? the new layout is dare I say a tad rubbish, don't like that pots are not with their associated accounts...it's become a faff switching between accounts, was much easier to just swipe between things

@monzo Yer the edit layout doesn't really fix the issue, you view an account but you cant view the pots that go with that particular account, they're now completely separate to my accounts and bundled together which just isn't helpful....whos bright idea was that in the design team?

@BritishGasHelp Still says a 20 plus min wait, I'm not going to do that when I'm not actually doing any business with you, if you cant cancel the boiler quote visit I'll just have to send the person away when they turn up on Friday for no reason

@Bafflegabble Lived around northants 18 years theres tales around many of the abandoned ww2 airbases where US personnel in uniform have been spotted/heard(not seen personally) youve got 4-5 bases just a stones throw from Finedon where there's still old infrastructure on the bases you can see
