Transmutation is not about denying the fear or pain, but engaging with it directly and using it as divine energy for the transformation of OUR CONSCIOUSNESS.

STEPS:

1) Start with changing your perception. Rather than see the fear or pain as something to run away from, recognize it as a blessed experience God wanted to experience through you!

2) Bring your attention to the pain without trying to change it. Use your breath as an anchor to stay present. Watch the pain with the breath, without judgment.

3) As you sit with the pain, recognize that it is a LOWER SELF response from the BODY that is NOT REAL. Your body is feeling vengeful/feeling angry/afraid of dying etc - but you are more than your body.

4) Your true nature is your SOUL, who can interpret this situation differently. There is a HIGHER meaning to this experience and pain. What are you here to supposed to learn from it? Here, call on the Holy Spirit to reveal the meaning of the experience and pain to you.

5) This is the crucial moment of choice. You can remain identified with the body's interpretation of fear, or you can shift to the Holy Spirit's perspective of love. To transmute, choose the higher interpretation of Love.

6) Ask God for the strength to choose love! "I want to choose love, help give me the strength to do so".

7) Finally, surrender the experience to God. "I surrender this pain to You, my beloved Father Mother God. I know that this is a divine experience for me to feel, and also to learn from. When this is done, take it away from me."
