@meraki - We’re having a terrible experience with Meraki support - issues with new switches. It seems the remote support is unsuitable for production use in an office. Support case 13139724. How do I get an actual person on site that can help? I’ve said we will pay!

@anush_vinod@engineers_feed The weird assumption here is the one where them either not coming here in the last 1000 years (or whatever) or arriving and deciding not to talk to us in the vast open expanse of all of space, means they don’t exist.
