@sainsburys This morning, I had a long conversation with Lady Irene, who was rude and refused to communicate with me via SignVideo, even though I am a BSL user. She then hung up. After another call and a long discussion, the whole situation took about an hour.

@TfL @TfLAccess I'm struggling to register a new oyster card as existing one was stolen. I went into existing account and no option to add new card meaning need register a new account? If yes, it won't let me and have to phone you. How?? I'm deaf with limited technology.

@EE I can’t believe your team definitely don’t care about customers leaving if they are not happy with the deal on their contract. I have decided to move to other network, it’s a shame as I have been with EE for a long time.

@British_Airways I tried on your website to get the upgrade but it’s not showing options. Over the telephone, Twitter couldn’t help me. I am deaf. I feel that the website is a barrier – information only given on the website or you have to telephone? Not easy to navigate!

@Office Hello, why not have a developer box tick and drop list on Word/Excel Office 365. Currently it’s very limited. Can only use the normal Word app, and a lot of choices. I have checked on Google Excel and Word online, they have a box tick and drop list. Why not Microsoft?
