When meeting @swfc fans I’ve been most moved by the countless numbers who’ve shared going to games with their dads and now taking their sons and daughters to the games in the same spirit passing on their families legacies. One young lady I’d say in her early 20’s stopped me on the street to thank me yes but to let me know she was a 6th generation Wednesdayite. 6th generation!! I marvel at this, tells me so much about Wednesday, Sheffield … it’s very moving!

Thanks to all our fans, let me add a special thanks for our multigenerational ones.

Today is a great day to embrace your dads, maybe your grandads while also embracing your sons and daughters. God bless our @swfc family!
