I don't know the whole lore, but nine crypto drainers and/or sim swappers have been apprehended in the UAE.

According to Threat Actors, cryptocurrency nerds (including ZachXBT), the people in the UAE are being tortured.

The full extent is currently unknown, however it's been reported the UAE government has broken their fingers, pulled their teeth out with pliers, and beating them in detention cells. They're still locked away.

These nine individuals have been in Dubai flexing expensive watches, partying with models, showing off expensive cars, etc. None are citizens of the UAE.

I don't know what they did to make the UAE so angry, but they're extremely angry. I also don't know if prisoners have the same rights in the UAE as you would countries like the UK or USA.

Huge milestone for Cashu.

After 3 years of work, we finally have unruggable mints.

I'm testing the first on-chain Cashu mint running inside a Trusted Execution Environment (TEE), where the mint keys are generated entirely within the enclave and remain unknown to the operator.

That means the operator cannot inflate the ecash supply and cannot access the Bitcoin reserves backing it.

We've moved from trusting operators to relying on hardware-enforced cryptographic guarantees.

There's still work to do, but the path forward is clear. This is an incredibly exciting step toward trust-minimized ecash.

We needed to make a second price update this month, for the 128GB config of Framework Desktop, since we sold through the inventory of LPDDR5x that we brought in earlier at lower costs. We still have inventory of 32GB and 64GB Desktop configs at the lower prices for now.
