@ForumStrategic Don't forget, there's a special unit in the Pakistan army that has existed all the way from Quaid-e-Azam till today, called the "Presidential Guard". They're always a part of PM / President's security detail, everywhere he goes, usually undercover.

@ForumStrategic He won't be disregarding security altogether, it's all about reducing expenses on security. If a protocol has 10 cars or 30 cars, what difference does it make. Through proper timing, route-planning and selective mode of transportation security requirements can be minimised.
