@amazonmilkfrog@auautumntumn tbh i am a bit of a british food defender. cullen skink is great. kedgeree is an anglo-indian dish but to me as someone who is very familiar with khichuri it definitely feels very english to me, and it's really good. beef wellington is a classic for a reason
@JLingPystynen do you by chance know the etymology of the word "senkin"? (as in "senkin hölmö", "senkin idiootti", etc.) always seemed to be a curious word
