How would #3 work if real estate markets could respond to additional demand w supply?
@claud334@besttrousers@RossBarkan I suppose that depends on who you think can most efficiently provide housing. It’s my understanding that cash transfers are a more efficient use of resources than the govt building and managing property. I put a lot of weight in Matt’s opinion and I just was trying to clarify.
