@British_Airways what is going on with ba818 today. Bussed to plane, bussed back to airport, off bus and back on to bus again with no info and no communication. Chaos . And still say only 20 minute delay showing which is impossible seeing as we haven’t left the terminal yet

@British_Airways my preselected seats are either unallocated without notification or changed at check in - what is the point of allowing pre-selection? It’s happening too many times to be operational so something is going on with your seating algorithms. Incredibly frustrating
