Hard work is definitely worth the most important part, but there are so many more things that are part of it.

Environment.

Genetics.

Character.

Not taking away from anyone anything, but do you honestly not think that there are guys who work as hard as the best people in the same field, but don’t have the same results.

It is very important what kind of personality you have, how social you are and many more things.

Starting with working hard will get you a very long way, but once you are already working hard make sure you adapt and implement techniques and strategies to help you progress faster and possibly allow you to work less hard for the same result, or harder for incremental progress.
