What you might consider is building one platform that manages both humans and ai. If the two can see the status of the other and can see the tasks the other is working on this will unfold a lot more smoothly. Agent 365 is great but it ought to include the humans :) Human, Artificial Intelligence, Robotic Resources managed together towards one mission :)
