totally agree that unwrap is a terrible name for a function that, if you look inside an empty envelope, hard kills your program.
thats not very safety of you, Rust.
If you are great at something, people will care about what you have to say even outside your sphere of competency: that's when you should remind yourself to not get distracted by politics you barely understand, stay smart, and focus on what led you to your current position.
People with too much free time and no ambitious goal think that the whole world is constantly judging them, because that’s what they’ve been doing themselves, until they finally figure out a meaningful purpose, and realize no one ever cared: everyone was busy with their own lives

Life is simple, you wake up, you get excited about the small gifts of daily life that everyone takes for granted, you also get excited about a few big goals that require you to grow into a smarter, mentally stronger, spiritually mature person, and you enjoy the whole process.
Being happy with the life you have, doesn't mean you can't really be gunning for the world.
Appreciating the moment, while building, is a skill that's worth mastering.

2. You get ambitious & have much more expensive taste...
3. You realize expensive stuff is great, but evolve to truly valuing money for what it can do, over "stuff," and go back to fairly simple preferences.
On my coffee table at home, I have a piece of driftwood. Its sole purpose is to display a quote by Anaïs Nin, which I see every day:
“Life shrinks or expands in proportion to one’s courage.”
It’s a short reminder that success can usually be measured by the number of uncomfortable conversations we are willing to have, and by the number of uncomfortable actions we are willing to take.
