@ReamBraden If that expectation holds, the intended audience for a website would eventually shift from a person to an AI. That would certainly change a lot about how the information on a website is presented. Overall web traffic might not go down, but human web traffic might.

@sippey @nickkokonas Malört is a not uncommon flavor in Swedish akvavit. I can’t say it’s delicious, but it brings up a lot of good memories of holidays and family gatherings. We would have an assortment of akvavit bottles on the table. If you weren’t careful you ended up with the bitter one!

@tb_tomaz @mesirii Cool! There has been much speculation that many NFT sales are wash trades between wallets with the same owner. The goal would be to artificially increase price by the appearance of demand. Parts of your analysis hint in that direction. Would be interesting further research.

@venikunche @DiversifyTechCo I’ve always found setting a price on a service is as much art as science. FWIW we are happy repeat customers of Diversify Tech and the new pricing looks totally reasonable to me.

@levie @benedictevans This problem is not unique to crypto. Look at the number of javascript frameworks that were created over the last decade or so for the web. Backbone, Angular, Angular 2, React, Vue, etc. Each had marginal improvements but was effectively incompatible with predecessors.

@joshelman @dksf @benedictevans @levie I feel like there is a practical limit to the number of Discords I can be part of. And that limit is single digits. This is the same reason I had to leave lots of OSS slack groups and email lists. Too much noise, too little signal.

@techpeace I agree that monetization has been a challenge, but I would consider discoverability, hardware fragmentation, restrictions on 3P app capabilities, and lack of consistent user experiences as equally important. It's hard to pick a #1 because the issues are so interconnected.
