Two corrections 1. No one has said Air quality is fine. pm2.5 higher than WHO norms. 2. There is a stark difference in Air quality vs Air quality reading. If u sprinkle water + switch off monitors in worst times. reading will improve, not Air quality. Misleading naive citizens.

If @CAQM_Official is truly vested with power and authority and serious about pollution mitigation measures in Gurgaon and thereby also improving the #AQI of #Delhi, then we seek action on the several representations sent over the past 7 years to CAQM, HSPCB, and MCG regarding road dust and indiscriminate malba by the road sides, uncovered construction vehicles...we also seek information / ATR on the appended acknowledgement by CAQM in month of #MARCH2025 Re #Dustpollution

Further , every winter, preparedness reports by @Haryana_spcb the PCBs to submit a list of high dust generation roads... Do we believe everyone was oblivious to this till now? @RaoNarbir ji @csharyana ? Why raise public hopes with such reports which mean nothing because real action has been wanting for at least 7 years and more regarding #roaddust?

Don't play with the emotions and lives of Gurugram public anymore.

@vikramchandra The penalty is for burning lesser biomass than Govt mandate,not for breach of emissions norms. It's another thing, lack of FGDs, smoke due to waste burning, fine dust due to vehicular movement are all controllable issues, not highlighted (possibly not understood) by media
