Delhi metro card is not working . To buy aqua line card l, need 2 fill a form. Unbelievable..with this kind of a management, how would UP become a 1 trillion Gdp state by 2030 as we are not giving value to somebody's time.. it took me 25 min to buy a token to travel in aqua line
