Otherwise the bank will later blame you for not filing the FIR, and not make any refund. I have faced this 7 years back, and I am still fighting the complications arising due to it.
@TheOfficialSBI follow and expose these malpractices. You cannot issue an overdraft on any customer's bank account w/o their consent. I am open to help the bank in any way possible for the investigation. My claims are not baseless and have shared all the proofs over email. (3/3)

Is this how the bank resolves the matter by going on mute and burying the issue by frustrating the customer so that he stops? I had filed an official CMS complaint as well which was closed without a response.
