@ABPNews@bajpaiadvocate These asshole journalists try to shout out panelists thinking they are above everyone. He is above the lawyer, he should submit a writ in front of court if EC has violated something. He can just shout in studios.

BIG IMPACT
Today, demolition was carried out in a blatant illegal construction case where they raised a flyover without any permission from govt!
We officially complained about it and flagged it on social media tagging @dcwestzone@DCPDwarka
Kudos to @BhaiPreetSingh for leading this
We will snatch back every inch of stolen bhoomi

Catch a student cheating in exam, get slapped with false SC/ST case

INDIA IS FALSE CASES CAPITAL OF THE WORLD
I strongly oppose the charges against Prof. Suryanarayana Doolla of IIT Bombay under the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
My background: I belong to the Devendra Kula Vellalar (DKV) community, classified as SC. I grew up in deep rural poverty and witnessed the suffering of my people first-hand. I was educated thanks to broad-minded people from many communities.
I studied Electronics at NIT Tiruchirappalli, worked at C-DOT Bengaluru, and then at Intel in India and the US, where I rose to Engineering Director and Senior Silicon Architect, responsible for high-speed interconnects vital to modern CPUs and GPUs. I hold multiple patents in this field.
I share this to make clear that I know what it means to come from an SC community and rise through hard work and commitment.
Our DKV community has taken a principled, voluntary stand not to file SC/ST cases against anyone. We have seen how cases under this Act are weaponised, and how that deepens enmity on the ground.
On that basis, I oppose the misuse of this Act in this case. The case against Prof. Doolla must be withdrawn. This matters for the future of SC/ST students and for our nation.
Jai Hind 🙏

We have reached a dangerous point for India’s education system.
A professor stopping a student from cheating is being treated as caste discrimination and he is being booked under the SC/ST Act.
The downfall is already here!
>https://t.co/OkpFjdZeQo in Energy Systems Engineering from IIT Bombay
>P.H.D in Power Systems from IIT Delhi
>His only crime was trying to give India competent engineers by refusing to let a student cheat.
No honest and educated person should have to live in a country where innocent lives are ruined because of opposition pressure and vote bank politics.
Two students who died in last six months in IIT Mumbai.
28 Jul...Sohil Rajkumar Sangwan
04 Feb... Naman Agarwal.
But since both were not from privileged community no hue and cry was made.
No one asked Director to resign. No Professor was charged with abetment.

@narendramodi@AmitShah This whole nuisance happening in the name of SC/ST act is not becoming for our nation. In its current form, people are just misusing it. General category people who support you in every phase have been taken for granted. You need to do something about this
A sensational expose by @BhaiPreetSingh
I urge Delhi media to take this up in a big way. Contact us for details if needed
ILLEGAL MOSQUE BUILT ON PUBLIC LAND. ILLEGAL MADRASSA BUILT ON PUBLIC LAND. TWO FLYOVERS CONSTRUCTED AROUND IT!
All of this happened under the nose of authorities
How come no one raised an objection? Was everyone asleep or compromised?
This is exactly why we can’t afford to fight from the back foot
If we don’t confront it head on, organised communal forces will keep swallowing public land
This fight has begun. Need your ashirwad.

Reservation and the SC/ST atrocity act is a curse upon this nation. They took away the life of Sahil Wakode.
Let me explain why I say this.
I too have studied at one of India's premier institutions, and I saw something that people are often unwilling to discuss honestly. There can be an enormous academic gulf between students sitting in the same classroom. This does not necessarily mean that one group is hardworking and the other is not. Some of the students who struggled the most were also among the hardest-working.
The uncomfortable truth is that human ability has natural limits. The human brain, like the human body, differs from person to person. Exercise cannot turn every man into an Olympic athlete, and effort cannot give every student the same aptitude for mathematics, abstraction or rapid learning. Hard work can take a person a very long way, but it cannot abolish differences in innate ability.
Yet modern Indian society refuses to accept this simple fact.
Modern Indian parents are taught to believe that hard work is the answer to everything. When a child struggles, they do not ask whether the child has reached the limits of his particular aptitude. They tell him to work harder. They beat him, shame him, compare him with other children and make him believe that failure is a moral defect.
This becomes particularly vicious when education is treated as a matter of family honour and social status.
And then we take a student who might have been perfectly capable of succeeding in an ordinary college, place him in an extraordinarily competitive institution through a reservation system, and surround him with students selected from an entirely different academic distribution.
What happens next?
The student does not suddenly become stupid. He is simply competing in an environment in which the relative gap between him and his classmates may be enormous. He works harder and harder, yet continues to see others effortlessly doing what takes him hours. His marks remain low. His confidence collapses.
And because this is India, marks are not merely marks.
They become a public measure of intelligence, worth and family prestige.
The student begins to believe that everyone around him is discovering what his parents refuse to admit: that he cannot keep up.
That is where reservation becomes cruel.
Had the same student entered a college whose academic level was closer to his own preparation and aptitude, he might have been an average student instead of a perpetual failure. He might have competed with his classmates, made friends, succeeded at something and left college with his confidence intact.
Instead, our caste-based admission system can put him into an elite environment where the academic mismatch becomes a source of constant humiliation, while the surrounding culture tells him that there is no legitimate explanation for his struggle except that he has not worked hard enough. This constant humiliation makes him resort to desperate measures like cheating.
This is not compassion.
It is cruelty disguised as social justice.
And there is another poisonous consequence. Once caste becomes institutionalized in admissions and discipline, every academic dispute can acquire a caste dimension. The student sees himself as a victim of caste. The institution becomes afraid of appearing casteist. Teachers become conscious of the SC/ST machinery hanging over every interaction. Resentment grows on all sides. Reservation and SC/ST atrocity act is breaking India
