@CrateandBarrel I understand storms cause delays, but don't understand the extra month (after 2 prior delays of 2+ months). Your manager promised to be in touch Sunday & I haven't heard anything. I also never received a gift card. I just want the table & sofa I ordered in July! Nightmare.
