Legacy CAR-T hit a toxicity ceiling. We’re engineering the way out via logic-gated therapies that require multiple markers to activate. This shifts the focus from reactive symptom management to programmable immunity.

Traditional CAR-T has hit a safety ceiling. We aren't searching for safety; we are engineering it.
Join the Brain Trust this Tuesday for a deep dive into the 5th-gen, logic-gated architecture designed to physically bypass the toxicity barrier in immunotherapy.

Just another point I thought you should be aware of: you recently said in #324 around 12:44 that “we are the only species in the planet that is aware of its own death.” If you mean awareness of its own future non-existence, that is unprovable, hence debatable, but not conclusive.
@ShawnRyan762 you said you’re off all social media on your last podcast, so you might wanna pin a tweet letting people know who’s actually posting all your stuff from today and recently.
@AnthropicAI@ClaudeAI My free Claude account consistently hits the usage limit after just 1–2 simple prompts following the 5-hour reset, even in a brand-new chat on the lowest-effort model. Support can't escalate to a human. Conversation ID: 215475207276517.
@Jason As a VC you critique spending w/out offering cuts. Entitlements, baseline budgets & Congress drive this—not one president. @DOGE tried. Your Fed-blind focus on Trump signals TDS over solutions. Growth via deregulation/energy + real restraint beats complaints.
China is building replicas of US warships, fighter jets, naval bases, and Taiwanese presidential buildings deep in the Taklamakan desert, according to the Telegraph.
China is reportedly mounting mock warships on rail cars to simulate ships moving in the ocean and then hitting them with missiles.
The railway is about 23 miles long and carries moving targets.
The communist country also set up a mock-up of America’s largest naval base in Japan, the Yokosuka Naval Base, where tens of thousands of US troops are stationed.
According to satellite imaging, China also set up two mock-ups of Taiwan's Bo’ai Special Zone, the downtown area of Taipei, the location of its government.
