@timt@MenloVentures The jump in agent usage tracks with what I hear on calls. Everyone wants agents now, and the first question is still where their content lives and who can see it.
@levie This is my week in a nutshell. Most of my time with my bots goes to writing down how I actually do the job and fixing the instructions when one gets it wrong.
@Michael_Fenech_ Took me a while to learn this one. My bots got better once I stopped writing step by step instructions and started telling them what done looks like.
@scottbillows@bot@salesforce@slack@Google Thanks for sharing the actual setup. Telling it which signals matter, like past customers who went quiet, is the part most people skip. That's the difference between a list and a reason to call.
@spherrrrical@digitalocean@Box Reading a folder and writing the briefing back is the part that makes it real for me. I'm a sales guy, not a developer, and that loop is what I want my own bots doing.
@Box@OpenAI COIs are such a good use case. Boring paperwork nobody wants to chase, and it's the missing or unclear ones that eat your afternoon. Routing just those to a person is the right call.
@Box@awscloud Production is the part I'm most curious about. Getting one agent to work in a demo is easy, keeping a whole fleet of them running and watched is a different job. Excited this is on the Dev Summit agenda.
@Box@OpenAI@nvidia@awscloud I'm not a developer, but I've been building a bunch of bots on top of Box lately, and the agent sessions are the ones I'm most excited about. Worth a look if you're building.
Yes, they write back on their own, but only when they learn something worth keeping, like a decision, a preference, or what's next. They don't log every task. Each bot has its own memory, plus a shared one they all read and write. Working files go to a shared team folder. Box is more where the account bots read and save files, and they only do that with my approval. Honestly I'm still figuring out the cleanest setup, but the write-back is what makes it feel like a team instead of starting over every chat
@DuckyDoesIt Grok Bot is my day to day too. I'm in sales, not a developer, and being able to just describe what I want is what sold me. What's the thing yours does that you'd miss most?
@revenumaxxing This is real. Once I worked backwards from the number to how many first meetings I actually needed, it got a lot less fuzzy. Which number do you see most reps get stuck on?
