Scuba

The shared context engine for teams and their agents. Capture anything. Share what matters. Scuba organizes it all automatically, so everyone stays aligned.

After nearly twenty years launching products, I should be level-headed about it by now.

Yet when it’s your own company, the nerves hit differently. In the weeks before the Scuba launch, the questions came in endless cycles. Will people get it? Will they want it? Are we too early? Too late?

Then the sweet ping of signups started hitting our Slack. Relief first. Then elation. The answer was yes, yes, and right on time.

Far more teams than we imagined signed up: AI labs. AI for accountants, lawyers, and CFOs. Dev tools. Consumer brands from baby registries to hotels. Banking apps from New York to Lagos. VCs, PE, and crypto protocols. A cancer nonprofit and a major university. Agencies from Cape Town to London. Solo operators on four continents.

And: a Swedish bone broth company.

Thank you to every team with a mind of its own that took a leap on something new. Scuba doesn’t fit neatly into an existing box. Neither do the teams who signed up. If that sounds like yours, we’re rolling out access in waves:

Introducing Scuba, the shared context engine for teams and their agents.

Never lose a great idea. Capture anything, share what matters, and keep your people and agents aligned as you move faster together.

We’re emerging from stealth with $34M.

AI gives every team the same answers, averaged from the public internet. But your team isn't average.

Scuba is the shared memory your team has been missing. Put it to work in Slack, Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and any tool that supports MCP.
