Wyoming built a legal framework for digital assets companies years before Washington even started paying attention to digital assets, and we’ve proven it works. The Clarity Act takes that same instinct— clear rules that keep builders here— and applies it nationally.
NEW: @wyostable adopts Chainlink Proof of Reserve to set a new United States standard for digital asset transparency 🇺🇸
Via Chainlink, FRNT exceeds GENIUS Act requirements & becomes the first stablecoin issued by a U.S. public entity to publish verified reserve data onchain.
We’re deepening our adoption of @chainlink by leveraging Proof of Reserve to set a new U.S. standard for digital asset transparency.
With this integration, the Frontier Stable Token is now the first stable token issued by a public entity to publish verified reserve data onchain.
Result 2: dollar stablecoins deepen dollar use. In our calibration, the share of EM firms issuing in dollars also increases.
Demand doesn't leave the system — it's rerouted through issuer reserves into Treasuries, deepening the very market that anchors dollar dominance.
The dollar's share of FX reserves is at a two-decade low. Treasury convenience yields have turned negative.
End of dollar dominance? No — but financial innovation could reshape the system.
Our new Jackson Hole Economic Policy Symposium paper, w/ @EswarSPrasad & Tony Zhang 🧵
Back from Jackson Hole, Wyoming, after another successful Wyoming Blockchain Symposium.
For the third year, Bermuda had a strong presence, showcasing our leadership in digital finance and the work underway to build our on-chain economy.
I joined Jamie MacLeod of the Apex Foundation for a discussion on how Bermuda’s work with stablecoins can help drive greater social impact. We also continued our engagement with the Wyoming Stable Token Commission and met with leading digital asset firms interested in setting up or expanding their operations in Bermuda.
It was encouraging to hear from businesses considering Bermuda, as well as existing DABA companies looking to expand their presence on our shores.
Congratulations to the SALT team on another excellent conference, and to Governor Gordon, Anthony Apollo and the Wyoming team on the launch of the Frontier Stable Token.
NEW: The Wyoming Stable Token Commission (@wyostable) deprecates its legacy bridge & migrates the Frontier Stable Token (FRNT) to Chainlink CCIP.
As a leader in digital asset policy, Wyoming is doubling down on security by selecting Chainlink as its exclusive cross-chain infra.
ICYMI - A recording of yesterday's Regular Meeting of the Commission has been uploaded below, to our website at https://t.co/T2CVHLevaR, and our YouTube channel.
The next regular meeting of the Commission is anticipated to take place in the Wyoming State Capitol on Thu, Oct 22.
Thank you @GovernorGordon for stopping by our booth at @CheFrontierDays!
We always appreciate the help of our Chairman in raising awareness around the Frontier Stable Token and its benefits for Wyoming's school foundation program.
Today, we’re launching the Avalanche Payments Collective.
Founding participants include Franklin Templeton, VanEck, Anchorage Digital, Paxos, Agora, Ethena, Rain, Axiym, Tassat, and others spanning the payments stack.
The Collective brings together companies spanning stablecoins, settlement, treasury infrastructure, foreign exchange, custody, card issuance, business payments, asset management, and global payouts.
Why?
Because the future of payments requires more than faster transactions.
Moving money globally requires liquidity, settlement, compliance, treasury management, custody, foreign exchange, and local payment networks working together as one. 🔺
28 leading organizations supporting payment flows across 150+ countries, 96 currencies, and ~22 billion payout endpoints are building on Avalanche.
Over the last several years, Avalanche has quietly become home to one of the industry's broadest payments ecosystems.
Now, that ecosystem has a name.

I’ve had the opportunity to get to know @wyoapollo and have been impressed by both his vision and execution.
Wyoming didn’t become a leader in digital assets by accident. It took policymakers willing to think differently and leaders willing to turn ideas into reality.
Congratulations to Anthony on the well-deserved recognition. New Hampshire is proud to be on this journey with you.

Wyoming’s Frontier Stable Token represents another corner of Wyoming’s future foundation. We’re not trying to be the fastest horse in the barn; we’re trying to be the one that you can actually take out and make sure it works. @business@wyoapollo https://t.co/ncpdidhbqk

What would have taken months chain by chain, @wyostable did all at once.
$FRNT, the first state-backed stable token, launched on seven blockchains simultaneously on Fireblocks.
Secure key management, no single point of failure, real-time Chainalysis screening.
State-issued digital assets, backed by Fireblocks.

Private stablecoin issuers return revenue to shareholders. Wyoming returns it to schools.
@wyoapollo, Executive Director @wyostable
"Revenues come back to the state and are swept into the state school foundation program. This is a public goods project."
"The citizens of Wyoming are our stakeholders."
The Select Committee will also evaluate legislation to restructure the Commission into a "Wyoming Digital Asset Authority," broadening its role to serve as the centralized administrator for all government-issued digital assets.

Wyoming's Select Committee on Blockchain has received approval from Management Council on its proposed 2026 Interim Topics for assessment, including:
- State agency integration of digital assets
- Tokenization of real-world assets
- Development of a yield-bearing stable token
Lessons and learnings from SALT Wyoming:
- Institutions, asset managers, banks are seeing somewhere between 15-35% of their customer base asking to custody and utilize stablecoins for savings and payments
- PayFi providers like Circle, Zero Hash, Stripe and Fireblocks are winning the game from stables to fiat; still unclear who wins fiat to stable conversions
- Stablecoins will be like toothbrushes, everyone will have their own and won’t want to use yours; govt, enterprise and banking partners are far in these processes
- Vertical prediction markets in sports betting, price/stock predictions, weather, natural disasters are being brought into every day apps and looking to grow
- Traders, funds view DAT’s as a yield strategy that may position funds for > two years, but many believe the winners of these trades and markets will be made in 3-6 months
- It’s VERY hard to find investable pre-seed to seed founders and startups worth investing in; the best funds are taking their wins from previous cycles and doubling down on their bets for select Series A & B seed teams
- Biased take: attendees loved the Avalanche x Wyoming Stablecoin Payment partnership and found it refreshing to see a use case that just makes sense beyond hype
