For those that dislike the word "Full-Stack", I bring you the acronym BĒFĒ (pronounced Beefy) as in a BEFE Developer to denote you are a robust backend dev capable of frontend work. It's also interchangeable if you're heavy on frontend work you shall be known as a FĒBĒ Developer.
