@cryptopunk7213 Antigravity from Google has done this for a while too, with limited success to be honest but when it stepped from Gemini pro 3.0 to 3.1 it was a huge step change improvement, it's now only moderately-bad, I suspect the next update though could be game changing 🤞🤞

@Dogetothemoon @BLKMDL3 Which legacy manufacturer doesn't have them? And if you're curious most legacy manufacturer vehicles I've driven or ridden in have far better implementations. Tesla miss a lot of targets, many false negatives, other manufacturers seem to be more accurate (kind 2 other road users)

@BLKMDL3 Was riding in a model Y the other day and we got flashed by trucks, blinded pedestrians, and just generally caused a nuisance due to the poor performance of Tesla's matrix headlamps, even in this video it gets the oncoming car... Mercedes matix lamps don't do this badly.

Gen 6 scale up might be hard plus they'll test before RO ops, so I'll say 5000 for waymo. But Gen 6 will bring true safe, and refined L4 autonomy. True global scale in 2027, 20k+ cars

@BStarr119 That's pretty good. I'd call that bright direct sun. Car (and phone? camera) both dealt with it well.
While this does show just how good HW4 is, I'm still not convinced it is sufficient for full L3 FSD, but it does assure me that HW5 will be. 2026 is the year it arrives!
