@easyJet delay in flight Belfast intl to Gatwick - EZY842, due to this we faced rail strikes and unable to continue further journey. Shame on the service, we demand full refund as we have to take high price taxi(more than flight price) and our work is also impacted. PNR:K4H6MJD

@SUdgatty @thameswater This is insane, @thameswater charges are high and low customer service standards. Increasing cost of living with huge unrealistic bills can cause adverse financial and mental health issues as well.
The governing authority @Ofwat should take some action on such overcharging bills.
