DHS hits U.S. citizen with their vehicle—then arrest the injured woman.

Agents then violently detain the very woman they hit—instead of providing any medical assistance.

Woman did not even see the vehicle coming—her back was completely turned.

Agents just ran her over anyway.

Incident occurred outside the Metropolitan ICE Detention Center in downtown Los Angeles, California.
