મોંઘવારીના આ ભીષણ આગમાં પણ ગુજરાતના હજારો ફિક્સ પગારના કર્મચારીઓનો પગાર આજે પણ ૨૬,૦૦૦/- જ ફિક્સ છે!
રસોઈના ભાવ આસમાને, ભાડું, બિલ, બાળકોની ભણતર, દવા બધું મોંઘું થઈ ગયું છે, પણ સરકારની આ અન્યાયી પ્રથા હજુ અટકતી નથી. વર્ષોથી આ શોષણ ચાલે છે! એક જ કામ કરનાર કાયમી કર્મચારીને બમણો પગાર અને ફિક્સ પગારના કર્મચારીને માત્ર ૨૬ હજાર? આ સમાન કામ - સમાન વેતનનું ગંભીર ઉલ્લંઘન છે!
આ તો સીધો કર્મચારીઓ સાથેનો અન્યાય અને શોષણ છે! કુટુંબ કેવી રીતે ચલાવવું? બાળકોને કેવી રીતે ભણાવવા?
સરકારશ્રી, હવે ઘણું થયું! આ વર્ષોથી ચાલતી નિર્દય અને અમાનવીય પ્રથા તરત બંધ કરો! ફિક્સ પગાર પ્રથા દૂર કરો અને તમામ કર્મચારીઓને સમાન કામ માટે સમાન વેતન અને સમાન અધિકાર આપો..!
જો સરકાર સાચી હિતેષી છે તો આ અન્યાયનો અંત કરો…!

The tribal communities on the right have lived in the same forests for over 60,000 years—without degrading them. No modern greed, no consumerism, no extraction. Just harmony with their ecosystem and peace in whatever they have.

The image on the left represents the pinnacle of our technological ambition. We can reach the stars, orbit the moon, and probe the sun—yet we struggle to keep this planet habitable. With every launch, more debris accumulates in orbit, quietly becoming tomorrow's threat.

India holds both worlds within itself. The Sentinelese of North Sentinel Island are protected from outside contact and allowed to live entirely on their own terms. A few hundred kilometres away, rockets lift off from Sriharikota toward Mars, the Moon, and beyond.

To call one more advanced than the other would be a mistake. Both ways of life evolved in response to their own time and need. Both deserve genuine respect.

No one is bigger. No one is more advanced.
