Kashmiri civilian is forced to walk bent over by Pakistani forces. In daylight, on an open road, no warrant on that street. Only a uniform and a posture meant to break someone.
Kashmir remains an internationally recognized disputed territory. Its people are not Pakistan’s citizens. Public humiliation of civilians by Pakistani security forces cannot be treated as maintaining law and order.
