ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು-ಮೈಸೂರು ಇನ್ಫ್ರಾಸ್ಟ್ರಕ್ಚರ್ ಕಾರಿಡಾರ್ ಯೋಜನೆ (NICE) ಗಾಗಿ ಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನು ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ನೊಂದ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರ ಅಹವಾಲು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಲು ಹೊರಟಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಶುಕ್ರವಾರ ಬೆಳಗ್ಗೆಯಿಂದ ಸಂಜೆವರೆಗೂ ನಾನು ನೊಂದ ನನ್ನ ಜನರನ್ನು ಖುದ್ದಾಗಿ ಭೇಟಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಬೆಳಗ್ಗೆ 10 ಗಂಟೆಗೆ ಮಾದಾವರ ಜಂಕ್ಷನ್'ನಿಂದ ಆರಂಭವಾಗುವ ನನ್ನ ಪ್ರಯಾಣ ಗಾಣಸಂದ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊನೆಗೊಳ್ಳಲಿದೆ.

ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರು ಮತ್ತು @JanataDal_S ಪಕ್ಷದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರು, ಮುಖಂಡರು; ಮಿಗಿಲಾಗಿ ಭೂಮಿ ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡ ಜನರು ದೊಡ್ಡ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇರಬೇಕೆಂದು ವಿನಂತಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಒಗ್ಗಟ್ಟಾಗಿ ಹೋರಾಟ ನಡೆಸೋಣ, ಗುರಿ ಮುಟ್ಟುವ ತನಕ ವಿಶ್ರಮಿಸುವುದು ಬೇಡ.

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಉಚ್ಚ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯವು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಲೋಕಸೇವಾ ಆಯೋಗದ (@secretarykpsc) ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಅಕ್ರಮಗಳ ತನಿಖೆಗಾಗಿ ರಚಿಸಿದ್ದ ವಿಶೇಷ ತನಿಖಾ ತಂಡ (SIT) ಕುರಿತಂತೆ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್‌ ಮೊರೆ ಹೋಗಿತ್ತು.

ಆದರೆ ಇಂದು ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಈ ವಿಚಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಧ್ಯಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಲು ನಿರಾಕರಿಸಿದೆ.

SIT ತನಿಖೆ ಕಾನೂನುಬದ್ಧವಾಗಿ, ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರವಾಗಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿ ನಡೆಯಬೇಕು. ತನಿಖೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಸತ್ಯ ಹೊರಬರಬೇಕು, #ಪ್ರಾಮಾಣಿಕರಿಗೆ ನ್ಯಾಯ ದೊರೆಯಬೇಕು ಮತ್ತು ತಪ್ಪಿತಸ್ಥರು ಕಾನೂನಿನ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಹೊಣೆಗಾರರಾಗಬೇಕು.

SIT ಟೀಮ್ helpline ಗಳನ್ನು ಕೊಟ್ಟು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ದೂರುಗಳನ್ನು ಆಲಿಸಬೇಕು. ಬೇರೆ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಆಗಿರುವ ಅಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಬೆಳಕಿಗೆ ತರಬೇಕು.

ಅನಿಲ್ ಕoಬಾಳೆ ರವರು CBI ಗೆ ವಹಿಸಲು ಉಪವಾಸ ಸತ್ಯಾಗ್ರಹ ಕೈಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ . ಆದರೆ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯ SIT ರಚನೆ ಮಾಡಿದೆ. ಇಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಮುಂದೆ ಯಾವ ರೀತಿ ಹೆಜ್ಜೆ ಇಡಬೇಕು ಕಾಂತಕುಮಾರ್ ರವರು ಹಾಗು ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಒಮ್ಮತದಿಂದ ಸಮಾಲೋಚಿಸಿ ಮುಂದಿನ ನಿರ್ಧಾರಗಳನ್ನು ಒಗ್ಗಟ್ಟಿನಿಂದ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಿ.🙏

SIT ನವರು ಯಾವುದೇ ಆಮಿಷಗಳಿಗೆ ಒಳಗಾಗದೆ. ಎಲ್ಲರ ಎದುರು ನಗೆ ಪಾಟ್ಲೆಯಾಗದೆ, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ನೆನಪಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಳ್ಳುವಂತಹ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.

ನೆನಪಿಡಿ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದರೆ ಸಮಾಜವೇ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟರ ಕೂಪವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಇದೇ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರ ಮುoದುವರೆದರೆ, ಇಲ್ಲದವರು ಗುಂಪು ಕಟ್ಟಿಕೊಂಡು ಇರುವವರನ್ನು ಕಿತ್ತು ತಿನ್ನುವ ಸಮಾಜ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

ಮತ್ತೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ, KPSC ಪಾಪದ ಕೊಡ ತುಂಬಿದೆ. ತನಿಖೆ ಹೆಸರಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಸಬರು ಬಂದು ಅಕ್ರಮ ಮಾಡಿದವರ ಪರ ನಿಂತು ಮತ್ತೆ ನೀವು ಸಿಕ್ಕಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಡಿ. ಅದು ಎಂತಹದ್ದೇ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಕೈಗಳು ಇದರ ಹಿಂದೆ ಇದ್ದರೂ ಬಿಡದೆ ತನಿಖೆ ನಡೆಸಿ. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಸಮೂಹ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಪರವಾಗಿ ನಿಲ್ಲುತ್ತದೆ. ಶುಭವಾಗಲಿ. 🙏
