Great LAFL case at UChicago AdventHealth Hinsdale with @ATLawrence. DCCV post PVI induced a 360ms tach. Quickly mapped with HD Grid using OT and found a pinwheel circuit around a small area of scar on PW.

As for the map, we all already have the skills but often fail to use them. 3.5 years of right sided ablations with no lead and no ICE under my belt. That forced me to practice with the ICE to reduce or eliminate flouro for all ablations.
